About Cole's Martial Arts
Our primary goal is to provide a family friendly program that fosters personal growth and achievement. We are a licensed school, one out of over 2,000 nationwide and twice that worldwide, that teaches under ATA International guidelines and principles of Songham Taekwondo. Since 1969 ATA International has taught over 120,000 individuals the become more disciplined, focused and confident.

MEET OUR STAFF
A 3rd degree black belt and has been teaching Songham Taekwondo for ATA International since 1982 in Enterprise. Started his martial arts in 1979 in Montgomery under Master Chung, before master Chung left ATA International. He studied personally under the 2nd Grand Master Soon Ho Lee. In addition to Songham Taekwondo he has studied Krav Maga

Owner and Chief Instructor
A 2nd degree black belt originally from Iowa. Janae has been instructing here for just over 1 year. She recently received an honorable discharged from the US Army. Janae has been an ATA member since 2007.
